Experienced in e-commerce, legal, non-profit, financial services, technology, healthcare, insurance, transportation and media, Mark is a trusted advisor to business owners and C-level executives. The author of the leader-building guidebook Ten Guidelines for Making Our Leaner Team a Meaner One, Mark is a graduate of the UCONN School of Business and received a MA in Economics from Trinity College.

Kam Heydari is passionate about building smart, secure and scalable technology. A data management expert, seasoned software architect and management consultant (IT), Kam is a former CTO with broad experience in the areas of financial and investment services. An adjunct faculty member in the Graduate Engineering Program at Northeastern University, Kam is the founder of Velero Technology, a provider of project portfolio management software and solutions. Kam earned a BS in Computer Science from The Polytechnic/Wolverhampton University, England.
